DOG TRAINING
PROGRAMS
All new clients start with a 90-minute initial consultation. This gives us plenty of time to get to know your dog(s), understand your goals, and establish a foundation for our upcoming training sessions.
Following our initial consultation, each session is one hour long. This will allows us to target specific skills, reinforce cues, and build your dog’s confidence while keeping each lesson focused, effective, and enjoyable.
Our approach is reward-based, safe, and centered on supporting you and your dog’s well-being.
We offer 1:1 private lessons with you included the whole lesson or hybrid private lessons with you included as you please (great for those with busy schedules!)
Servicing any town within 45 minutes of Port Washington, New York. (Including Queens and Western Suffolk County)

Peaceful Paws Behavior Training
Our Peaceful Paws program focuses on:

This program is a great fit for dogs of any age that may be behaviorally struggling.

Caroline Waldman
Hello! I am a certified dog trainer serving Port Washington, New York and surrounding areas on Long Island specializing in puppy training, dog obedience and behavior modification. I help with potty training, leash pulling, jumping, barking, puppy biting and more using reward-based methods that create calm, confident, well-mannered dogs.
I began my training career teaching group classes at PetSmart, where I discovered my love for helping families build solid foundations with their dogs. I now continue to teach group classes at Port Chester Obedience Training Club, while also working with private in home clients to provide personalized support tailored to each dog and household.
My goal is always the same: nurturing clear communication, empowering confident dogs and owners, and creating lasting success. I believe in creating an inclusive environment where every individual can thrive and feel welcomed and valued.
Let’s work together to understand the “why” behind your dog’s behavior and create lasting results through positive reinforcement dog training. I help families with puppy training, obedience, and behavior modification to build confident, well-mannered dogs and stronger lifelong bonds.
